11 Sep 2025 Djibouti (Djibouti) International Monetary Fund. The International Monetary Fund concludes its 2025 Article IV Consultation with Djibouti, noting strong economic growth supported by Ethiopia’s demand for port services, robust transshipment activity and moderate inflation, while fiscal consolidation in 2024 helped rebuild reserves despite high external debt;
