A short reminder on how to set a password and access your EAA account through the website
Click the Login button on top right of the website www.easternafricaassociation.org. Enter the email address registered with the EAA, that we use to communicate with you, and your password. If you have not yet set a password, please follow the link in an email that was sent to you on July 15th entitled “New EAA Website: setting your password”. Within the email you will find the link permitting you to set a password.
Alternatively, if you are not able to find that email, after clicking Login enter the address registered with the EAA and click “Lost your password.” You will receive an email from us inviting you to re-enter the address and set a password. If after re-entering your email address, you get a message saying “there is no account with that username or email address”, it means the EAA has a different address stored against your account. Please try a different address.
If both those routes fail, please contact us on info@eaa-lon.co.uk and we will provide a manual reset for your account.
